Terms of use

Effective September 11, 2026. These terms apply to the Wolfman CPA Meeting Bot (the "bot"), operated by FutureFy Tax & Accounting Solutions, doing business as Wolfman CPA (the "firm").

Who may use the app

The bot is an internal tool. Only the firm and people the firm authorizes may add it to a Zoom account, configure it, or send it to a meeting. It is not offered to the public, and nothing on this site is an offer to license the software to anyone else.

Meetings the bot joins

• The bot joins only meetings that a member of the firm is attending, and only while that member is present. It leaves when they leave.
• It joins as a visible participant named Wolfman CPA Notetaker and posts a notice in the meeting chat that the meeting is being recorded and transcribed for the firm's records.
• The meeting host decides whether to admit the bot and may remove it at any time. Anyone in the meeting may ask the host to do so, or ask the firm member present to stop the recording.
• The firm member attending is responsible for making sure everyone in the meeting has been told the meeting is recorded, as the law of their location requires.

Recordings

Recordings and transcripts are the firm's business records and are handled under the privacy policy. They may be shared with the client the meeting concerned. They are not published or sold.

Acceptable use

The bot must not be used to record a meeting without the knowledge of its participants, to join meetings the firm has no part in, or in any way that breaks Zoom's terms or applicable law. The firm may stop or withdraw the bot at any time.

No warranty

The bot is provided as is. The firm does not promise that it will join every meeting, that a recording or transcript will be complete or accurate, or that it will be free of interruptions. Transcripts are machine-generated and are checked by the firm before being relied on.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
