Wolfman CPA Meeting Bot

A private meeting note-taker that FutureFy Tax & Accounting Solutions (Wolfman CPA) uses to record and transcribe its own client meetings.

The bot joins a meeting as a visible participant named Wolfman CPA Notetaker, announces in the meeting chat that the meeting is being recorded and transcribed for the firm's records, and records the meeting while a member of the firm is present. The recording is transcribed on equipment the firm owns and operates, then filed to the firm's own storage. No audio is sent to any outside transcription or AI service.

The app is not listed publicly and cannot be added by anyone outside the firm. It exists so that a client meeting the firm attends can be recorded with the same care whether the firm or the client hosts it.
